Tabs within the Party Planner Spreadsheet:

- Party Overview: Enter the basic information for the party such as reason for the party, arty date, theme, start and end times, and location. The rest of the tab will get automatically updated when you fill in the other tabs within this sheet including party menu, tasks pending, budget and total spent, grocery items to buy, and guest list!

- Guest List: Enter in the guest name, type (child or adult), phone number, email, address, whether they were sent an invite, what their RSVP was, any dietary restrictions, contribution, and notes. As type in the details, the numbers above will be updated automatically, as well as on the Party Overview tab.

- To Do List: The To Do List tab includes tasks with checkboxes, due dates, task, and who it's assigned to. As items get checked off, the fields at the top of the tab to do, done, and total tasks, will automatically be updated and a circle chart will show progress. The tasks on the Party Overview will also be updated automatically.

- Supplies & Decor Inventory: Enter the materials needed, type of materials, whether they've been purchased or not, quantity, date, and store purchased from, tracking number, when it was delivered, how many used, how many in stock, and notes.

- Inspiration: The inspiration tab is where you can insert photos you've gathered online from Pinterest or anywhere to see all the ideas at a glance. You can also enter in any notes or links.

- Budget Tracker: The budget tracker tab includes the item purchased, estimated cost, actual cost, category from dropdown list (which you can edit on the last tab), and notes. The Total budget, total spent, and total remaining will automatically update. As you update this tab, visual graphs will automatically appear on the right to indicate actual and estimated costs as well as categories.

- Party Timeline: The party timeline tab includes the event, start time and end time, duration, and notes. Events could include anything including snacks, meal, games, cake, etc.

- Playlist Planner: The playlist planner tab is great for putting together your customized playlist! It includes spots for song, artist, link, and notes.

- Party Games and Activities Planner: This tab includes the name of the game or activity, category, link with more info, and notes.

- Party Menu and Grocery List: In this tab you can plan out the most important part, the food!! With areas of snacks and finger food, the main dish, desserts, and drinks, it's got you covered! Type in your menu items up top and groceries within the checklists and you'll be ready to go grocery shopping!

- Set Up: The last tab is the set up tab which has areas to update the budget categories and Party/Games Categories. As you update these, they will automatically update on the Budget and Games tabs.

You will receive a PDF file with a link that will take you to the spreadsheet you will make a copy of and will save into your Google Sheets account.

HOW TO USE

1. Download the PDF File.

2. Log into your Google account (Gmail or Google Drive)

3. Click on the button that says "Party Planner" on the PDF file

4. Click on "Make a Copy" when you get to the spreadsheet which will save it in your account.

5. Start planning your next party! (Just don't type in the white spots)

6. Optional: Before you start planning, make another copy of it so you have a Master copy that you can copy and reuse over and over!

Instant Access. Easy to access on Google Sheets! You can print it out as well, though then you won't have the automatic functions available within Google Sheets.
